The Village at Shoal Creek

In 2014, Copeland Development & Construction Co., Inc. constructed this 20,269 square foot shopping center, which is known as the Village at Shoal Creek.  Copeland Development & Construction Co., Inc. was responsible for all of the site improvements and provided a “cold shell” so that the individual tenants could put their own finishing touches on the interior of their space.  Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom is just one of tenants occupying this shopping center, which is helping to provide a place where neighbors can come to relax and experience a menu that spans pub food, pizza, and craft beer.
